The cottage comes fully equipped with plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, serving platters, pots and pans, glasses etc. Fresh linens are supplied and there are blankets, pillows and down comforters. There is a propane BBQ and an outdoor fire pit – (which can be used depending upon local fire conditions). The cottage is on a 150 foot wide wide waterfront lot facing west into the main body of Gloucester Pool, so you get sun all day and there are beautiful sunsets. At the north end of the waterfront there is a large 25 X 25 foot dock/deck extending out over the water from the shore. At the end of the dock, the water is approx. 7 feet deep and is safe for diving. At the south of the waterfront there is a sand bar extending out 30’ from the shore out into the lake. The water in the sand bar area is approximately 2 feet deep. There is a small island (Little Gem Island) located in the lake about 100 feet in front of the south end of the property which protects the waterfront. The driveway leads to a parking pad that will accommodate three cars and there is an extension to the driveway that leads down from the parking pad to the cottage and there is a parking spot right beside the cottage.
